Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist film maker, documentary journalist and TV host. Angela Sun was born on the 19th of October 1979 located in Santa Clara County California. She has won awards for her work as a journalist, sportscaster and actress. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications at the University of California. Sun's surfing ability was exceptional and she was a part of numerous pro-am tournaments. She was sponsored by big brands, such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. This was an excellent chance to get her into the field of entertainment. Later, she went to become an actress sportscaster as well as a film director. Sun was an anchor on newscasts for a variety of channels. In 2003, Sun worked as a Fox Sports Net reporter. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute during 2014. Sun was the first Asian American to have her name featured on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun was a part of a number of movies, and her skills as an actor have been acknowledged and appreciated. She was a part of films like Goliath (2016), Hit the Floor(2014-2016) A Perfect Getaway(2009) Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008) as well as Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). In 2014, Sun launched Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch a full-length documentary on the effects of marine pollution caused by plastic and how it affects the natural environment.
