Andrea Joy Cook

A.J. Cook is known best for her work as a Canadian actor for her roles in The Virgin Suicides (1998) and Final Destination 2(2003). In addition, she appeared as Jennifer "JJ" Jareau on the TV drama Criminal Minds. Cook's TV credits include Dead Like Me and Tru Calling. Other TV shows include Goosebumps, Elvis Meets Nixon, In His Father's Shoes Laserhawk Island Heat, PSI Factor, Goosebumps, Higher Ground, Bluemoon, PSI Factor, Goosebumps, PSI Factor, Goosebumps, PSI Factor, Goosebumps, PSI Factor. Cook was brought up by Mike Cook who was a teacher, and Sandra Cook who is psychiatrist in Whitby. Cook grew up alongside the rest of her siblings Angela, Nathan and Paul. She was raised as the daughter of a Mormon as well as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. When she was a small girl, she studied the art of tap, jazz and ballet dance. Her participation in various dance contests however it was not until she was 17 that she made the decision to pursue acting. Dirty Dancing, starring Patrick Swayze, inspired Cook to take up acting. Cook got married to her husband Nathan Andersen in August 2001. She first met Nathan Andersen at Utah Valley University and took a film class. Mekhai Allan Andersen is the father of the couple.
